Pressing 0 during messaging greeting issue

Hello Tek-tips family,
I have an issue when someone calls any extensions and listens to the default messaging greetings and decides to press “0” it transfers to ext. 3021 which is not the receptionist. When I traced the call it comes through trunk 99 which is my voicemail trunk.

In Aura messaging under attendant there is no ext. 3021. Need your help to figure somehow why pressing zero it forwards to ext. 3021 instead of 3001 which is our receptionist.
there is no hunt to or anything when i did list usage extension 3021
dialplan analyst reveals nothing.

did you look int the user preferences to see if that is setup for zero out in the mailbox it self ? Do you have more than one site setup ?

users preference you mean in the Aura communication messaging? she is set under permissions type as call-answer.
there is only one site. i am thinking of removing her from system and then adding her back.
is there a possibility in PBX that zero is link to her extension? if so where would i look that up

i found it.....in Aura communication messaging left side under Server administration middle of the page there is a section called "call transfer out of messaging" transfer type is Zero and covering extension was 3021 which was incorrect. i changed it back to receptionist extension.
