Press DEL to continue. How do I turn this off....?

I have a Dell Dimmension and the latest Bios revision. The thing is everytime I reboot, my system states "Press DEL to continue" right after bios comes up. Otherwise the system will not boot to windows, it simply waits for someone to press DEL before continuing.

What do I need to do in order to disable this "feature"
Additionally why would you prefer to have this "feature" enabled? I don't know how this happened.

It's not a "feature", it's telling you there's something wrong in the BIOS setup.
Any further questions should be posted in the PC hardware forum, a Dimension is not a server.
