Press 1 to Hold

My scenario in a Menu Service that I am trying to achieve is when a caller gets to a message I have set up stating: "Press 1 to continue to hold"

Where from the Menu Service in App Builder do I point it to hold until the callee answers?

The stay on hold until someone answers will be a switch feature. Either an acd queue or a number that ring forever until answered.

From the menu service you would have "1" route to that number.
