Don't kill the rookie here. I'm new with the Call Pilot Mini. Version 1.5.53

When a caller gets to a users greeting and is given the option to press 0 to get to another extension. Where and how is this setup? Is this an option the user can setup or is this something as an administrator sets up ? If so where is this setup?

Not sure on the mini, but the bigger Call Pilots this can be set on the particular users mailbox. Log into CP, click user search, enter their extension/mb #, click on the users link. Somewhere close to their mb page is a mwi section. On the bottom of that section is a box for Revert DN, in that box enter the desired extension, then click save at the bottom.
 
Thats part of my issue is that there is not prompt for a revert extension. There are a couple places for Alternate extensions but there for other extensions programmed on the phones.
 
It is in the users mail box admin were that is changed.If it is set up as call pilot it's under 80.If NVM #6.
 
Under Call Answering in the Mailbox class, is the revert DN by telset option checked??
 
In the class of service I have "Personal Target Attendant" and it is set to YES. but there is no setting in the users profile/mail box to setup a revert DN or anything of that nature.
 
You will change it to a DN you want the dial zero out of a mailbox to go to. There is nothing called a revert DN in this CP only for centralized VM.
 
Again it is changed in the admin of the mailbox itself.press 80and follow the prompts.
 
Thanks a million folks!!! I'm still on a learning curve on this type of system. As an administrator I do not have the prompt to set this up. Press zero Option in this case is setup by each individual user once in there box and pressing 8 0.
