I have a small problem. Say I have report X scheduled to run every day at 5:00. It runs for 3 weeks, and the I now want to update the report definition. When I publish this updated report to Enterprise under the same name, I have to delete the old report; thus deleting all the history! Can anyone help?

What you have to do is open the report designer (Crystal Reports) , go to File | Open and click on Enterprise Folder. Then log on to the APS (with Admin password to get all the reports) and you can navigate within your ePortfolio folder structure. Open the report you want to update, and simply save it (Save icon) when you are finished. That updates the input directory file. One thing, though: If you just have the default install of CE, this will screw up your recurring schedules. You need to run a hotfix, probably several to update CE to that functionality. Hotfixes are available from Tech Support.
