Hello, All.

We have a TMR on AIX and managed nodes on Windows NT. Since the managed nodes are on ancient systems, we want to either create new managed nodes on newer PCs and delete the old ones or migrate the existing managaged nodes to a new systems. Either way, I can't seem to find any documentation on the managed nodes and how they should be set up. For example, do they need to be server or professional versions of W2K? What's the min recomended disk size? Any additional programs that need to be installed.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

It is recommended that you install new ManagedNodes and that you migrate existing endpoints to the new gateways.
They do not need to be server boxes, but certainly a box with disk space and memory will serve the purpose just fine. The manuals on Installation and Implementation and the Release notes will help out with the recommended disk size. Think of a ManagedNode as just another TMR Server. Of course this must take into account for any future growth of the enterprise and what products will be installed other than Framework.
Regards,
Jim Simmons
