If I have a BSc in Computer Studies from a UK University, do I need to do A+ or Network+ as a prerequisite to MCSE?

No you don't. However the A+ and Network+ can be used as the elective for the MCSE if you already have them.

Actually, the A+ and Network+ can be used to satisfy the elective credit on MCSA only.
