I have a customer with a Legend 7 that has to dial 99911, I believe due to their centrex service (the second 9). I am looking for a way to prepend the two 9's, so all they have to dial is 911.

Thanks!

so you are in hybrid mode, you need to add a 9 to your local & toll tables. since you cannot program the special number table for 911 ,611 ,811 you will still need to dial a 9 for them, this way you get out of using 2 9's

your tables are in ARS,, once programed all calls just need to dial 9 & then the number

Well, my documentation says that YES YOU WILL want to add the 9 (or maybe 2, But I think 1 sould be sufficient) the SPECIAL NUMBERS DIGIT entry.

You now have something you can experiment with.

Once you figure out just what you need in the way of SPECIAL NUMBERS DIGIT(S) you should be OK.

MM doesn't the special number go out over the 70 pool, there is no place to add a digit in table 19 like in 17 & 18 so you add it in 17 & 18 , once for the centrex
