I am getting ready to install MOSS 2007. I managed to find a document titled "Installation Guide for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.doc" that seems to give some good, concise instructions however I'm still getting a bit overwhelmed by one aspect. I am not doing a single server install, rather a "micro-farm" where everything but the databases will be on a single Win2003 server.
I found link to this document listing account requirements, but I'm having trouble distilling this down to the bare minimum and I certainly don't want to create a dozen different service accounts.
Can anyone point me to an outline of "converged" accounts or another set of instructions for creating a 2-server solution that could still scale in the future.
(The install document stated there is no direct upgrade from a single server to a farm, which is why I'm not attempting to do a single server, then move the databases.)
