Preparing/Exporting an Approach Report for a professional printer

I use the "product catalog" option of the Approach Invoice and Order Tracking Smartmaster to create a true product catalog, graphics and all. I would like to be able to give this information to a professional printer (in the layout I have created) to have these catalogs printed for a trade show coming up.

How can I give them the info in a manner they can print?
