Premiere 1.5 Skipping help plz

hello,i recently got Premiere Pro 1.5 and im having some problems. I made a short vid showing what happens when I export vids here

I also get this with other codex like 3ivx. Does anyone know how to fix this? I like this program alot more than 6.5 and would liek to mess around with it more

I believe DivX has problems with premiere.. If I recall do you get the same problem if you export as an AVI using Adobe Media Encoder?
