We've just had a new Avaya system installed with 3 Ericsson Premicells.
The problem we're having is the time it takes to dial/connect calls.
The average time is 12-15 seconds to connect to mobiles, which is driving us mad as we are a call centre and have to make loads of calls per day.
The supplier has tried reducing the time, but with no effect.
Is this a know issue?
Any ideas would be greatly recieved
