premature end of script header

I keep getting the following message with a javascript running in UNIX:

Exec format error: exec of /pool/dev/cgi-bin/gp-admin/gp_admin.js failed
[Thu Apr 19 10:43:16 2001] [error] [client 10.196.139.106] Premature end of script headers: /pool/dev/cgi-bin/gp-admin/gp_admin.js

probably means there's an error(syntax or otherwise) in the script, and it's failing to execute. either that or it is just not sending a 'Content-type: whatever\n\n' header. "If you think you're too small to make a difference, try spending a night in a closed tent with a mosquito."
