preloading a movie

I am connecting 3 movies end to end. at the end of each movie the is a call for the next. The problem is that there is a delay in loading the movie that is being called. Is there a way to preload movie being called?

there is a preload command, just look it up in the lingo dictionary (there is one in the help section of director that is fast to find things in).

basically some time before you will call the next movie you will issue a preload(moviename) command.
