Preloader,intro movie,content

I have made 3 scenes in my movie:
Scene1: Content of my site
Scene2: Preloader
Scene3: Intro movie
How can i arrange this ones.....what should i do?....actions,etc

First scene should be the preloader, the second the intro movie, then the content scene.
You can re-arrange the scene order in the scene panel.
