Preloader help in MX how do i go about setting this up. Pls hlp

Hi i have made a movie which contains 3 scenes. Each scene consists of 10frames. I would like to add a preloader but dont know how to go about doing so. Cannot find any ref to it in the flash help. I would like a percentage bar so my viewers can see how far it has to go etc. How can i do this thanks.

i am a complete novice. dont understand much about action script. just want to know how i can do it using the actions in mx. someone please help. i have a book on flash 5 but it seems they have got rid of the preloader actions in mx. how can i just make a simple loader pls help
