Preload loadmovie SWF...

How can I preload a swf which I am calling with loadmovienum?

I have some big swf's that I am pulling from a seperate menu movie...when I pull them up, there is a HUGE delay while downloading them, and it seems like nothing it happening...

How could I load a movie that just has loading...keep it on the screen, load my big swf, then get rid of the 'loading' movie...I tried putting them on different levels and unloading the level which my loadmovie preloader was on...

Ok, now my problem is that my preload SWF that I load beforehand...DOESN'T load beforehand... Regards,
