Prefixing dialer map phone numbers

We have just signed up for lease cost routing from a telco provider to reduce out isdn costs.
They have told us to prefix our dialer map phone numbers with 1656.
eg
interface dialer1
no dialer map ip 192.168.xx.xx name HALxxx 0141xxxxxx
dialer map ip 192.168.xx.xx name HALxxx 16560141xxxxxx

unfortunately it doesn't work
any ideas???

you need to associate this logical interface (interface dialer1) with physical interface like BRI0, if you already did this post your config, so we can see where the problem might be.
