Salute! Not sure how to explain what I need, so sorry) but I will try.

I need to find control of prefixes that can be cut off on the meridian. Example: now, when calling to number 5101, the number 5 is cut off on the meridian and further to the cisco that routes the call, there are already 3 digits (101). I need to make sure that the meridian does not cut the number 5, but sends further 4 digits (5101).

I once tuned this. there it was possible to configure how many digits the meridian takes and how many cut off. But now I can not find anywhere where it is configured.

Thanks in advance for your help! I hope that I understand a little)

I would hazard a guess at a DSC or TSC, if you go in LD 20 and

REQ prt
TYPE DNB
CUST
DN 5

and see what prints out should find that 5 is one of the above. Steering codes are printed in LD87 and point to RLI's, print RLI's in LD 86 (type rlb) that will tell you the route its sending it to and the DMI - Digit Manipulation it will do to it before it sends it. To get the details of the DMI still in LD 86 print the DMI (type DGT).

Thank you so much!! This is definitely around here.

It might be easier to use the conversion utility tool to work out your dialing plan. I have attached a copy and the word doc explains how to use it.

Thanks! I will try it a little later!

the step you missed that ties it all together is

LD 87
REQ prt
CUST 0
FEAT cdp
TYPE tsc
TSC 5

this will tell you which RLI you are looking at.

And Bignose21's instructions will tell you the digit manipulation table being used also.

bignose21,
