Prefix in incoming call route

Trying to get a handle on all our lines etc. Opened up IP Manager and there is a list of numbers in the incoming call route. The are listed as

0-9368
0-9369
etc..

We have about 5 different prefixes on our lines and cant figure out how to tell what the prefix is for these numbers.

How do I find that?

do you have a phone bill, look there for the information, or the number to call to get the information.
