Hi friends

is there a way in IPO 500 that we can add a prefix which is dialed automatically by the system once we take an outside line.
i had created the following short code

code 900N
tel 00N
feature dial

now the customer has a device which route the calls thru a different channel once a code is entered (say 888).now the customer wishes to dial in the same way and wants the system to dial the code automatically.

can this be done in IP Office 500.

thanks

Indeed
Code 900N
Tel 88800N
Feature Dial

That will add 888 to the beginning:)

Obviously that only catches calls beginning 00, alter your other dial shortcodes in the same way to prefix other calls.
P.s If you use ARS the prefix goes in the shortcode there.
