Prefix CLID to Call Log

I am interested in prefixing CLID to Call Log.
Mike's PBX Cookbook shows how to do it using CLI @

I have a couple of questions:
1. How do I print the existing FTR_DATA / DAPC table? Basically, I want to see the current setup before making any change.
2. For customer 0, would FTR_DATA / DAPC YES / TBL 1 be equivalent to Dialing and Numbering Plans » Electronic Switched Network (ESN) » Customer 00 » Network Control & Services » Flexible CLID Manipulation Block in Element Manager?
