Preferred vs Essential

To make a IVR what limitation you may have with Essential Edition and only Preferred can do on VM-Pro?

VMPro works with Preferred Edition , with Essential Edition you can have IVR with Embedded Voicemail but announcement queue not include, i think this is the most important limitation.
