preferred memory leaking tools

have a 2003 r2 server - holds users home drives,

it's leaking
ie after a week - you cannot ts into it and then after 3 or 4 . get 220's in the event log saying leaked to bits

what are peope preferred memory tools to look at this

is it just pstat and look at useage or ?

i do want to add any add on tools to it
