preference in dialling

does the Mitel 3300 support "preference in dialing"?
what I mean by this is if the MD of a company phones the switchboard, he needs to jump to the top of the queue on a specific soft key for instance 0 or 9.

I know that you can assign soft key priorities over a number of specific keys but this is not what I'm looking for.

any ideas?

As far as I know, priority can only be placed on the dialed number not the calling number.
