prefer print files

My server was low on disk space so I went to ...\home\textout directory and copy some old pd???? files off the an external drive and then remove them. but when I restore some of these files by copy them back to the same directory but the do not showup in MAS200 prefer print anymore, does anyone know how to get this back onto the list?
