I'm working on getting some call recording done on various DN's throughout the organization. The main hindrance is the need to preempt the incoming call with a message stating they are being recorded. Is there any way to simply send incoming calls to a DN to a recorded message on our Interalia system before redirecting the call to a second number? Or is the only option to dig into our Call Pilot system and set up some form of recording there? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You might not need to tell them they are being recorded. That is one possibility. In some states, only one party needs to know - and that is the party at your company.

The other option is a periodic "beep", which is the universally accepted "you are being recorded" indication.

Other than that, you have to answer the call with an announcement, then transfer it to the phone(s). That announcement could be in Call Pilot
