Hi,

I am going to implement CTI client application using CCT SDK 6.0.5.8 As I am a novice in the domain of Nortel, can anyone tell me, does Nortel CCT 6.0 server supports Predictive, Progressive & Preview modes for running outbound campaign on server? I have already gone through the sdk documentation but i didn't find any reference of outbound in it.
