Does Panasonic kx-td612 support predictive dialing?

I haven't read any literature that suggests it does. If you find anyway to do this with an 816 please post it. I have a customer that wants to utilize this with an 816.

The short answer is no. But you can connect it via In-BAnd Signalling to a Separate unit that transfers to calls to ring groups in the KXTD and allows for users to log-in and out of their phones. But you can do this with most PBX's, the trick is wether or not the dialer integrates with PBX's and how to make it work...

You don't even need a telephone system for a dialer. Some shops just use headsets. The dialer becomes your dial tone. If you need a dialer email nortel@bellsouth.net
