Predicate not defined ERROR 20

Hi everyone, I'm doing a project in PROLOG but I have been having trouble with this error. I have all the code and it compiles just fine, but when I ask something it sends back this message and it just aborts the question there. If you have an idea of what it can be I would really apreciate if you could send me a msg with a possible answer
