I have a large MS Project (2003) document that I update daily. The problem is if on task duration changes (say it take an extra 2 days), the other tasks linked to it do not change any more. I have checked a previously saved file (from a couple of months back), and it works fine. So I'm assuming that there is a box that needs to be checked for it to start working again. But where is it at?

It sounds to me as if you have some constraints on one (or more) of the tasks. If, for example, you have a Finish No Later Than constraint, your Finish date will not move out beyond that date.

Insert the columns Constraint Type and Constraint Date and check your data.

Thanks for your input. It turns out I had a circular agrument that locked the whole thing up. -Ryan
