Precompiler Problem

Hi!

I'm using Merant NetExpress 3.1.11 and Oracle 8i.

I'm trying to rebuild a project, and it gives me the following error-message:

Der Befehl ist entweder falsch geschrieben oder konnte nicht gefunden werden.
Bitte berprfen Sie die Schreibweise und die Umgebungsvariable 'PATH'.

Rebuilding D:\Batch\src\main.cbl

In english it says: The command is either written wrongly or couldn't be found. Please check the writting and the variable "path".

What could this be? Thanks very much!
