We are lab testing IP Office for possible use in a chain of retail stores. I need to be able to centrally record (change) the auto attendant greeting message and send the revised message out to stores remotely. Through trial and error I (think) I see that the AA greeting message is named 00031011.clp on the memory card. Is the clp file simply a compressed .wav file? If I create a .wav file at 8mhz/16-bit/single channel and rename it to a .clp file and tftp this file to the switch, can I accomplish the task?

Other, better approaches to this?

Really appreciate your help/advise.
