Pre-re-design Review

I'm attempting to free up some chunks of time to do what I wrote in my last post on the site (just over three months ago ). I'm trying to decide whether I should re-design it, or if I should stick with the current overall look 'n feel and just concentrate on the backend stuff.

I'm not really looking for hardcore nit-picky stuff, but general suggestions are most welcome (I am aware that there are a couple small usability bugs in some of the current areas, but I'm not worried about them right now as the whole backend is getting ripped apart).

Whenever I've tried to see it (twice now) I get a "connection timeout". Is it unavailable at certain times of day?

Yeah, sorry... I have a guest sleeping in my server room, and apparently they "can't sleep with the whining of the fans". Bah, damn family!

When my guest wakes up they flip the server back on (I don't have any high-traffic sites yet, so I didn't mind too much).

The site's usually up 'n running from about 11AM 'till 12-1AM Pacific. After tomorrow though, it'll be up and running again 24hrs.
