I am trying to find the correct method of being able to view data with a scanned form image as well as with out it. I also would like to know the easyiest method for brining this form to cover the Page header , Detail, and Page footer . Would I be better off using Group headers and footers?

Depends on how often you want to see it.

If one form per page put it in the page header, and then set the header to underaly the following sections. Adjust the section sizes as needed. Ken Hamady
