Pre/Post options on backup jobs 1

While creating a backup job you can go to backup/option/ pre/post tab and enter a file or application to be executed before the job starts. Is there a command that will force a autoloader to do a inventory before the job starts. Thanks

Don't know about a command to do an inventory, but try stopping the Tape Engine and starting it again. You may need some sort of pause in between to give it time to stop before starting. This may not work for you, but I have found that it sometimes kicks an autoloader into life.
