Pre Loaders

I need a lot of help! i'm in a crisis, haha! Okay, i finally got finished with my first cartoon that i'm doing and i put it online today. When i tried to view it, I discovered that it needs a pre loader!! I found a tutorial on installing a preloader for flash, but obviously that won't help me much since i'm of course, using Livemotion...so does anyone know how to do one?? if so....i'd EXTREMELY appreciate if you could let me in on it. Thanx.
