I have a customer who has the following set-up:

SX2K with ISDN30 terminated on it. It then links to a 3300 via DPNSS there are users on both systems and the 3300 acts as the voicemail server for both.

There has been a trunk side voice recorder fitted and the customer requires a pre-announcement for all calls to say they are being recorded.

I have set an internal RAD for the main office number which routes back to the console on the SX2K, which works fine.

Is there a way of setting a message for all calls so DDI’s will get the message and then route to the correct handset?

Hope someone can help!

Thanks.
