The Call Center Manager asked me to show him how to access Flexible Reporting. When either of us try in either his account or the Administrator's account the message below comes up. No reports are available because we don't seem to be able to create reports. Our Mitel vendor tells me that Flexible Reporting is standard with our product and that it shouldn't be any problem making flexible reports.

"No Flexible Reports are available

You have been directed to this page for one of the following reasons:

The report has not been saved. In Flexible Reporting, click File=>Save to save the report. There are no Flexible Reporting reports available for your user login.
None of the reports created in Flexible Reporting are shared."

What am I doing wrong?

Respectfully.

I never thought flexible reporting offered much worth having so haven't used one on real life but this is my understanding of them.

You have to manually create the reports first

If you don't already have a shortcut under start programs .... then
Run client role selector choose power user and then and add flexible reporting.
Then run flexible reporter , should be a shortcut from start programs

This allows you to choose an existing report and take stuff away and add logo's.

Then once that report is saved it should appear in the flexible reports menu that you have already accessed .

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....

What version do you have, are you business or enterprise? Sounds to me like you are trying to view previously created Flexible reports from the Web page, this used to be a licensed option (It still maybe) As said before there is an flexible reports application where you should start.

boycey9: We have the Business Edition. It was installed almost 2 years ago and Mitel insists that we can make flexible reports. I'll try what billz66 recommends and see what happens.
