Hello All,

So, with Office365's new updates and disabling of the IMAP our Emails stopped coming in to Ignite.
Is there another way to get the emails working? (BTW, we enabled IMAP in the meantime with the O365 support, temporary solution)

Running: MiContact Center Business - 9.3.5

Upgrading to the latest version of MiContact (9.4) and using Oath2 as the email exchange authentication is the way to update this.
