Prairiefyre Rel 7.0 (CCM) - IVR ports not registering

Ports are programmed as 5020 set trusted
Ports have appropriate COS
Port configured in PF and added to call flow
Registration and replacement codes programmed in PF

I'm told that's all I need and that once the port is added to the call flow it will register and activate

No such luck.

My customer got this sorted on his own.

We were struggling to get the sync to work so proceeded to program the IVR extension manually. It would not work.

After some firewall tweaks, the Sync issue was sorted and the remaining ports were automatically available for use in the extension menu

They came up properly.

Deleted the first test case extension, resync, then it too registered.

So, get your sync running before configuring IVR ports.
