Prairiefyre Real Time Display of Internal Calls

Call is answered by Embedded VM Menu Node mailbox caller presses 1 for an agent. Prairiefyre Real Time displays embedded voicemail port on internal calls but shows the correct caller ID if the caller is an external call. I enabled "Display held call on transfer" in the voice mail and the calling ext. COS but it didn't help. It actually didn't seem to do anything and my caller ID (external call) displayed on the real time display whether that option was enabled or not?
Any thoughts on how I can get the real time to display the correct internal users.

Prairiefyre is 6.0 HF3
Mitel 3300 is 4.2

I guess one answer would be not to have the internal parties go through the menu. Otherwise not sure what else you could do as you are talking about real time data and not SMDR data. Therefore not sure if there a settings that effect real time data.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

is the embedded vmail doing supervised or blind transfer? I think the setting is in vmail options. I would suggest it needs to be set to blind.

Good thought but "Enable Supervised Transfer" was set to false.
I spoke to Mitel Tech. Support and they were of little help. I am going to call Prairiefyre tomorrow and see if they have any thoughts (they were closed today for Canada Day)

what does it show on the agent handset? Presume path number?
