Not sure what you mean by costs. There is the cost for the product, the cost for a server, the cost for a server OS and the cost of licenses for the agents. There is also labour to install which is likely the least expensive thing as its only a couple of hours to install the CCM. Now if you are talking the IVR then its much more labour intensive.
