Hi All

I've got a 3300MXe 9.0.2 and I've just installed PrairieFyre for call accounting. I have it sycned with the controller and I can generate reports and whatnot. My problem is that the customer has account codes they have to enter that they have been given by their LD provider in order to make a long distance call. So they dial 9-1-222-123-1234 the call is placed, the long distance carrier answers, asks for an account code, they enter 101,105 or whatever the 3 digit code is for their department and the call continues. These account codes have been entered in the YourSite explorer but the system is not seeing them. They would like to be able track these with the prairiefyre. Is this possible? Do I need to add these codes as non-verified account codes in the 3300 or will that make it so that an account code is nessecary for every call.

i would appreciate any input

Thanks

I don't think it is possible. Thise codes are entered as simple DTMF tones and will not be processed by 3300 nor get into SMDR records. You get this prompt from LD provider and 3300 will treat this as connected call even if you enter wrong code or don't enter it at all.

Thanks

That's what I was afraid of.
