PR were stuck in 'P' (PO Build in process) stage

Dear,
I'm a new PeopleSoft guy. I'm experiencing the PO build problem.
When I tried to create PO by using PO Build. I found a problem that my PR were stuck in 'P' stage (PO Build in Process). They weren't processed to 'C' stage (Complete).I don't know why...
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Any recommend or advices are welcome.
