PPTP through cisco pix 515

Hi everyone,

I have inherited at my job a CiscoPix 515 from a company we just bought, and unfortunetly the pervious admin people did not really document it. I am not that familiar with these products and was wondering how one goes about setting up PPTP to go through the Cisco Pix Firewall. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

why even use the pptp? why not use the unity clients?

If you mean the cisco VPN client that is a no go since the unit was bought without it. No IPSec, and VPN as far as I can tell from the license info I got from cisco. I am just looking for some basic remote administratrion here.

Does anyone have any good resources for setting up VPN connections to my PIX 515. My clients will dial-in using our ISP and will have random IP addresses each time they connect. I guess I can just use Cisco's VPN client (where can I get that from)? How easy is it to set this up?

Here are some basics to setup the 515 to be the endpoint for your VPN. This is how I am connceting from home and it works great. I am just using default Windows client connections and using an internal Radius server for authentication.
