As a matter of interest, following on from post re Publisher viewer, does one need Pubisher installed to view .pps files? I'd check but all our our PCs have Publisher.

...I don't need a PDF maker and I have Publisher, just curious.

.pps files are PowerPoint files. You need PowerPoint or PowerPoint viewer installed to be able to view them.
