pppoe with vpn ?

Hi all,
I would like some information on pppoe DSL connexion and vpn.
i want established with PIX a connexion with dsl and after, make a tunnel ipsec between PIX and VPN Concentrator.
i need :
Ip static address on outside PIX ? to established after a peer adress for tunnnel vpn ? yes no ?
another question : is it possible to have pppoe with PIX and have a ip static from my isp ?
My isp said :
"ip dynamic with pppoe"
"ip static with pppoa" see RFC 1483.

What do you think ?
HELP !!!!
