hello

has anyone experience with the SCPLUS for Tivoli

a little of the problem story:

i installed the whole thing in both parts tivoli and Service Center, it worked after changeing some things in the SC and also in Tivoli, there was a problem with the Tivoli 3.7 Version, cause in the Rule files the strings will not be accpted with quotes '

but there is still a problem open, the bidirektional communication works only half, lets say.
if i open an tivoli event and send it to sc with manual forward, ( !!!!!! how can i automatic forward CRITICAL and FATAL errors !!!!! ) then it opens an eventin and a ticket in SC, and sends an answer, with the unique eventID.
but if there is a event started in SC then i always get an error with the ppostemsg.
meantime there was a problem and generted sometimes a coredump in tivoli, but there was a patch for that problem posted from peregrine .

so only the ppostemsg error is pending, and the autoforward

i need that urgent, i still waiting for a peregrine call
