PPES/PPWeb: Can one customise button flyout text yet?

Cognos document 83765 states in answer to the question 'Is it possible to change the flyout text that appears when you enable a custom button in PowerPlay 6.6?' that it 'is not possible to change the flyout text at this moment'.

Since it's over three years and a number of revisions later, one would hope this might now be possible. Anyone found a way?

Additionally, did anyone find a way to display the report name rather than the cube name over a PPES report (banner.xslt file modification as per Donafran's request in Thread041-760080) ?

I have not found any solution for that. Instead what I did was, opened the report file in powerply client and added header to that, so that atleast while browsin they see the report name (below the cube name). if the output is directly to pdf then we dont get cube name, looks cool. but if u have many reports and users are creating many, the solution is no good, editing every report.
